Miriam
Miriam Amaya has been performing for six years Tribal Fusion Bellydance.
Miriam was first interested in the Art of Balancing Swords and trays on fire/incense while
watching a perfomarnce in Tempe Arizona; a woman dancing to slow and relaxing music balancing a sword
on her head. A performance that was breath taking where time stopped as Miriam felt her heart beating
1,000 beats per minute. That was the awakening!!!! Miriam then obtained a sword and began the journey
of teaching herself to balance a sword while dancing with fast hip movements.
Miriam now fuses Bellydance with Tahitian and Samba Dance which she loves! Happy Dancing!

Sahira has studied music, drama, and dance since the age of
two. Her extensive training in Middle Eastern as well as Tribal,
Modern, and West African dance gives her performances an intense
and earth energy that has captivated audiences’ hearts and
minds. Sahira has been invited to teach and perform across the
USA as well as Mexico, Indonesia, Australia, Germany, Canada,
and Taiwan. When in Houston, she performs five nights a week
with Bella Donna and Urban Gypsy.
